30-day window

If the set does not fit your drawer, or is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a short description. We will reply within one business day with instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice. You do not need to return the item.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original for a refund.
