30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, send us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Return Shipping

For defective items, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
